We are thrilled to officially welcome you to the We Are All Stars Retreat at Nueva Vida in Costa Rica! Your 30% deposit has secured your spot, and we cannot wait to share this transformative experience with you.

To help you prepare, here are the next steps and important details regarding your booking:

Final Payment

The remaining balance of your retreat cost is due no later than June 15, 2024 (35 days prior to the retreat start date).

To make your final payment, please visit our payment portal or contact us directly for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so here’s a summary of our cancellation terms:

  Cancellations on or before May 15, 2024:
  You will receive a refund of payments made, excluding your non-refundable deposit.

  Cancellations between May 16 and June 15, 2024:
  A 50% refund of the total retreat cost (excluding the deposit) will be provided.

  Cancellations on or after June 15, 2024:
  Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued after this date.

  
  

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant with prior written approval. All transfer requests must be submitted by July 1, 2024.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, flight disruptions, or medical emergencies.

Force Majeure Policy

In the event that the retreat must be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, participants will receive a credit for a future retreat. Monetary refunds will not be issued in such cases.
